Clear aligners

Clear aligners are a discreet and comfortable solution for correcting mildly crowded teeth, offering an alternative to traditional wire braces. At Smiles Plus Dental Rouse Hill, we use the Clear Correct system, an innovative aligner tray system designed to gently guide your teeth into alignment without the need for metal brackets or prolonged orthodontic treatments.

Made from translucent, BPA-free plastic, Clear Correct aligners fit snugly over your teeth and are virtually invisible. The process begins with taking impressions of your teeth to create a digital mock-up of your smile’s expected outcome. Based on this, a series of custom aligners is crafted to incrementally shift your teeth into place.

The aligners must be worn for approximately 20 hours a day, removing them only to eat, brush, and floss. Every two weeks, or as directed by your dentist, you’ll switch to the next set of aligners in the sequence. This system allows you to enjoy your favorite foods, maintain your regular oral hygiene routine, and experience minimal disruption to your speech.
